স্থান – মহাখালী ডিএন সি সি করোনা আইসোলেশন সেন্টারের নিচ তলা। মহাখালী বাস স্ট্যান্ড এর পাশে। এখানে এসে দিতে হবে।
স্যাম্পল সংগ্রহের সময়- সকাল ১০টা- দুপুর ২টা।
ফী- ১৫১৫ টাকা ( ২৮/৮/২০ তারিখ হতে কার্যকর হয়েছে ) সাথে নিয়ে আসলেই হবে।
কী কী আনতে হবে?-পাসপোর্ট ও টিকেটের ২ কপি করে ফটোকপি এবং মূল কপি সাথে রাখতে হবে।
